Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping:

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders. We take 3-4 working days for processing and 5-7 working days to deliver the order to your address.

For customized orders, the standard time is 10-15 working days for processing and 5-7 working days to deliver.

We do not ship orders on weekends. Holidays and other high volume events may increase processing and fulfilment time!

Please ensure the correct address has been entered as returned packages will besubject to an additional shipping fee. Packages that have been shipped due to an incorrect address will not be refunded and a replacement order will not be sent out. Swisni is not reliable for any stolen packages.

International Shipping:

Due to high cost of shipping, we do not offer international returns at this time.

If you’re located outside of India your order may be subject to custom fees/taxes. Swisni has no control over these fees and any question you should contact your local customs office.

International orders may take up to 5 weeks to arrive. Please allow this allowed time before inquiring about your order.

We offer worldwide shipping. Free standard shipping is not valid on international orders. Shipping amount will be calculated by a third party shipper based on the weight and volume of the parcel.
Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
